Per product, per year. A "product" is one published PCF tied to one article number. Variants and SKUs of the same product can usually be grouped under a single PCF; we'll flag this during scoping.
No. The fee covers hosting, QR codes, distribution, and the audit trail on ClimateBase. The actual PCF calculation is a separate ReFlow consultancy engagement, scoped per product or per product family. Most suppliers complete an initial product within roughly two weeks.
None. Shipowners and procurement teams access ClimateBase data at no cost, through IMPA SAVE, ProcureShip, or directly. The data ecosystem is paid for entirely by suppliers.
Re-verifications are versioned. The QR code stays the same; the linked page reflects the latest verified version, with previous versions accessible from the audit trail. Optional annual re-verification (€180 per product) bundles this with a ReFlow methodology review.
